- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup fresh lettuce, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and chop vegetables.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Form ground beef into loose balls and flatten them in the pan.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder while cooking for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Flip patties, sprinkle cheese on top to melt.
- Warm tortillas in another pan or microwave for about 30 seconds.
- Assemble tacos by layering each tortilla with a beef patty and desired toppings.
