- 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 4 medium flour tortillas
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients by chopping veggies and grating cheese.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add ground beef. Sprinkle taco seasoning on top and cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
- Smash each portion of beef onto the skillet for a perfect sear; flip once juices bubble up.
- Immediately add grated cheddar cheese on top of each patty and cover for 1-2 minutes until melted.
- Warm tortillas in another pan for about 30 seconds per side.
- Assemble tacos by placing one cheesy patty on each tortilla and topping with lettuce, tomato, avocado slices, and sour cream.
