- 4 large crusty bread rolls
- 8 oz spaghetti (any type)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the tops off the bread rolls and hollow out the insides.
- Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper; mix well for about 2 minutes.
- Spoon the spaghetti mixture into each hollowed bread roll and top with Parmesan cheese.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
