- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 1 tbsp milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon until combined.
- In another bowl, mix grated carrots, eggs, buttermilk, and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients gently until just combined.
- Fill each donut cavity halfway with batter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until donuts spring back when touched.
- Whisk powdered sugar with milk to create a glaze; dip each cooled donut top into the glaze.
