- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear. Cook according to package instructions using slightly less water for stickiness.
- While rice cooks, dice the tuna into bite-sized cubes.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha; adjust spiciness as desired.
- Slice avocado and chop green onions.
- Once rice is cooked and cooled slightly, layer in a bowl with tuna, avocado slices, and drizzle with spicy mayo.
- Garnish with green onions, nori strips, and sesame seeds.
