- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press firmly into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in sugar until fluffy and free of lumps.
- Stir in vanilla extract. Gently fold in whipped heavy cream until combined.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with fresh strawberries.
