- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- For the streusel topping, combine ½ cup flour, ½ cup brown sugar, melted butter, and ½ tsp cinnamon until crumbly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together remaining flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- Mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently; fold in strawberries.
- Fill muffin cups two-thirds full; sprinkle streusel on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
