- 1 box vanilla cake mix (15.25 oz)
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 cups whipped cream topping
- Fresh berries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix the boxed cake mix with eggs, oil, and water as per package instructions until smooth.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
- Whisk together whole milk, condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Poke holes all over the cooled cake with a fork and slowly pour the milk mixture on top to soak.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour. Before serving, top with whipped cream and fresh berries if desired.
