- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- Seeds from 1 vanilla bean
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds (toasted)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla bean seeds until well combined.
- Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fill each donut mold halfway with batter using a piping bag or spoon.
- In a small bowl, toss sliced almonds with melted butter and a sprinkle of sugar for the crumble topping.
- Sprinkle the almond mixture over the filled donut molds.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown; cool in the pan for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
