- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 cup kimchi, finely chopped
- 1 cup napa cabbage, finely chopped
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour and warm water, mixing until a rough dough forms. Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth.
- For the filling, mix chopped kimchi, napa cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Roll the dough into small balls and flatten each into a thin circle about 3 inches wide.
- Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold to seal securely.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add dumplings and fry until golden brown on one side. Add water and cover to steam for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
