- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 cup fermented kimchi, chopped
- 1 cup firm tofu, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Combine all-purpose flour and warm water in a bowl; knead until smooth (about 10 minutes). Cover with a damp cloth.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add kimchi and tofu; mix until heated through.
- Stir in green onions, soy sauce, and sesame oil; cook for another 2 minutes.
- Roll out dough into thin circles; place about one tablespoon of filling in the center of each wrapper.
- Fold wrappers to create half-moons; pinch edges tightly to seal.
- Cook dumplings by steaming or pan-frying in heated vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
