- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- ¾ cup whole milk (or almond milk)
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glazing)
- 2 tbsp milk (for glazing)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (for glazing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just combined.
- Spoon or pipe the batter into the donut pan molds about halfway full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and springy to touch.
- While cooling slightly on a rack, mix powdered sugar with milk and vanilla for the glaze.
- Dip each warm donut into the glaze and enjoy!
