- 1 lb salmon fillets
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust for heat)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut salmon into bite-sized cubes.
- In one bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with salt and pepper. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each salmon piece into the sauce mixture, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, combine chili garlic sauce and sesame oil for the dipping sauce.
- Toss baked salmon bites in the Bang Bang sauce before serving with lime wedges.
