- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with seasoned breadcrumbs (salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika).
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- Dredge each piece in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place coated nuggets on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a hot skillet with oil.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown or fry for about 5 minutes per side.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
