- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Assorted toppings (lettuce, tomato, feta cheese)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary until well mixed.
- Season with onion powder, salt, and pepper according to taste.
- Shape the mixture into four equal patties (¾ inch thick) and create a slight indent in each center.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill patties for 5-7 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
- Toast buns on the grill while burgers are cooking.
- Assemble burgers with fresh toppings and enjoy!
