- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Gather all ingredients and tools.
- Pat chicken thighs dry using paper towels. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, and lemon juice.
- Rub the mixture generously over each chicken thigh.
- Arrange seasoned chicken thighs skin-side up in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Allow the chicken to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
