Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F or 190°C).
- Remove from marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for five minutes before slicing.
