- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté minced garlic until golden.
- Stir in soy sauce and honey; let simmer for a few minutes.
- Place chicken in the baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot, drizzled with additional sauce if desired.
