- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat together butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until fluffy.
- Mix in the egg until fully incorporated.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers are soft.
- Allow to cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.
