Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Scrub the potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry.
- Poke holes in each potato with a fork to allow steam to escape.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle generously with coarse salt.
- Place directly on the oven rack or on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes until soft when pierced with a fork.
- Slice open, fluff the insides with a fork, add your favorite toppings, and serve hot.
