Instructions
- Heat a splash of oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add sliced mushrooms and chopped bok choy; cook until mushrooms are tender (about 5 minutes).
- Gently add frozen potstickers to the soup, cooking according to package instructions (usually 6-8 minutes).
- Stir in soy sauce, taste, and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions if desired.
