- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and finely chop the garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Once the chicken is nearly cooked, add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
- Toss in fresh spinach and stir continuously until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the mixture and let it meld together until heated through.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan if desired.
