Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and allow it to melt completely.
- Stir in minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant but not browned.
- Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for approximately two to three minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.
