Instructions
- Wash the blueberries under cold water and squeeze out the juice from half a lemon.
- In a blender, combine the blueberries, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice, and ice cubes.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey or lemon juice if desired.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with extra blueberries or a lemon slice.
