  • 1 cup low-sodium vegetable broth (240ml), chilled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (30ml)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves (10g)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (60g) – Optional

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by halving the avocados, removing pits, and scooping flesh into a blender.
  2. Blend the avocado, minced garlic, fresh lime juice, and half of the vegetable broth until smooth, adding more broth for desired consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Add cilantro leaves to the blender and blend briefly until combined.
  5. Transfer to a container, cover tightly, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
