Instructions
- Wash the cucumber and mint leaves thoroughly. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
- In a large pitcher, combine cucumber slices and fresh mint leaves. Add lemon juice and honey/agave syrup, then pour in chilled water. Stir well.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to infuse.
- Serve over ice in tall glasses, garnished with extra mint leaves or cucumber slices.
