Instructions
- Wash vegetables thoroughly. Slice cucumbers into half-moons and chop tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- Thinly slice red onion and soak in cold water for five minutes to reduce sharpness.
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and herbs. Mix gently.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad. Toss until everything is coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
