- 2 cups fresh strawberries, quartered
- 1 cup ripe kiwi, sliced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh)
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes (about 4 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Wash all fruits thoroughly under cold water.
- Slice strawberries into quarters, peel and slice kiwis into rounds, and chop pineapple into bite-sized chunks.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all prepared fruits.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the fruit mixture to enhance flavor and prevent browning.
- Sprinkle chopped mint over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- If desired, drizzle honey over the top for added sweetness and mix carefully.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
