- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- 1 medium cucumber, chopped
- 1 green apple, quartered
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 small piece of ginger (about 1 inch)
- 1 cup water or coconut water
Instructions
- Wash greens thoroughly under cold water.
- Chop spinach and kale into smaller pieces; cut cucumber into chunks and quarter the green apple.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender with water or coconut water until submerged.
- Blend on high speed until you achieve a smooth, vibrant puree.
- Taste and adjust with more lemon juice or ginger if desired.
- Serve over ice and enjoy!
