  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)

  • Popsicle molds

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the ripe mangoes into small chunks.
  2. In a blender, combine mango chunks, coconut milk, honey (or maple syrup), and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 4-6 hours until solid.
  5. To remove, run warm water over the outside of the molds for about 10 seconds.
