- 2 cups ripe mango chunks (about 2 large mangoes)
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Popsicle molds
Instructions
- Peel and chop the ripe mangoes into small chunks.
- In a blender, combine mango chunks, coconut milk, honey (or maple syrup), and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 4-6 hours until solid.
- To remove, run warm water over the outside of the molds for about 10 seconds.
