- Honey or sugar to taste
- Ground cardamom (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, yogurt, and milk. Blend until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and add honey or sugar as desired. Blend again to incorporate.
- Optionally, add ground cardamom for extra flavor and blend once more.
- Pour into glasses and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
