Instructions

- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and lemon zest.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the mashed strawberries and lemon juice.
- Scoop dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
