Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Popsicle molds
Instructions
- Rinse strawberries under cool water, remove stems, and slice in half.
- Blend strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey/maple syrup, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour the blend into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours until solid.
- To serve, run warm water over molds for easy removal.
