Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into even bite-sized cubes.
- Thread a cube of watermelon onto a skewer, followed by a cube of feta cheese. Repeat until the skewer is filled (aim for three pieces of each).
- Insert fresh mint leaves between the layers for added flavor.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over assembled skewers.
- Serve chilled or grill for 1-2 minutes until slightly charred.
