Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Halve jalapeños and roast on a parchment-lined baking sheet until blistered.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture generously on one side of each slice of bread. Layer sharp cheddar and roasted jalapeños between two slices.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add butter, and grill the sandwich until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.
