Instructions
- Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown (about 5 minutes).
- Add vegetable broth and thyme; bring to a simmer for 15 minutes.
- Blend the mixture until smooth using an immersion blender or regular blender.
- Stir in heavy cream and warm gently without boiling.
- Serve hot with slices of baguette for dipping.
