Ingredients
- Sirloin or ribeye steak
- Unsalted butter
- Fresh minced garlic
- Fettuccine or spaghetti pasta
- Heavy cream
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Season the steak bites with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Sear until browned on all sides (3-5 minutes).
- Meanwhile, cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- In another pan, heat heavy cream over medium heat and stir in grated Parmesan until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy sauce and gently mix in the garlic butter steak bites.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
