Ingredients

  • Sirloin or ribeye steak
  • Unsalted butter
  • Fresh minced garlic
  • Fettuccine or spaghetti pasta
  • Heavy cream
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  2. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Sear until browned on all sides (3-5 minutes).
  3. Meanwhile, cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
