Instructions
- Heat 2 cups of whole milk in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming (about 5 minutes).
- In a bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup cocoa powder and 1/4 cup sugar; gradually mix into the milk, stirring until dissolved.
- In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup heavy cream until soft peaks form (about 3-4 minutes).
- Pour hot cocoa into mugs, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
