- 4 fresh bread rolls (hearty)
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 cup marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice tops off bread rolls and scoop out insides.
- Boil salted water in a large pot; cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter; mix in minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Brush mixture inside the bread bowls.
- Combine spaghetti with marinara sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
- Fill each bread roll with spaghetti mixture and top generously with grated Parmesan.
- Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper; bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
