- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp chili sauce (adjust for heat preference)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp paprika (for garnish)
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil the eggs in a pot covered with cold water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat after 12-15 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in an ice bath for 5 minutes, then gently peel them.
- Slice each egg in half and scoop the yolks into a mixing bowl. Mash with mayonnaise, garlic powder, chili sauce, mustard, and salt until smooth.
- Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Garnish with paprika and chopped chives before serving.
