Ingredients
- 200g egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, snap peas)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked noodles along with soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using). Toss well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste; cook for an additional two minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions if desired.
