- 1 can (12.4 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk (or almond milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (for greasing)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking pan.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Dip each cinnamon roll piece in the egg mixture for about 15 seconds.
- Arrange soaked pieces on the greased baking pan with space between them.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with icing and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
