Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin or flank steak (thinly sliced)
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
Instructions
- Marinate the sliced beef in soy sauce and teriyaki sauce for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated beef and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside; sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
- Return cooked beef to the skillet, pour any remaining marinade over, and stir to combine.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
