Ingredients
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Create a well in the center and add buttermilk and melted butter. Mix gently until just combined.
- Beat eggs lightly and fold them into the batter until no streaks remain.
- Preheat a griddle over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on top; flip to achieve golden brown on both sides.
