- 3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Pound chicken breasts between plastic wrap until half an inch thick for even cooking.
- Season with salt and pepper; marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Set up three bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat each chicken piece in flour, dip in egg, then cover with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp should reach 165°F).
- Assemble the sandwich by spreading mayonnaise on buns, adding crispy chicken, lettuce, and tomatoes.
