Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- Gradually incorporate dry mixture into wet ingredients until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto prepared sheets, spacing them about two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft. Let cool slightly before enjoying.
