- 1 pound corned beef, sliced
- 8 ounces Swiss cheese, sliced
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
- 12 slider buns (brioche recommended)
- 1/2 cup Russian or Thousand Island dressing
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Assemble sliders by layering corned beef on the bottom half of each bun.
- Add a spoonful of sauerkraut followed by a slice of Swiss cheese.
- Drizzle Russian dressing generously over the cheese.
- Place the top half of each bun on and brush melted butter over them.
- Arrange assembled sliders in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until tops are golden brown.
- Slice and serve warm.
