- 4 tilapia fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 lemons (juiced)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- ¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Place tilapia fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F/190°C).
- Grill the marinated tilapia for 4-5 minutes per side until opaque and flaky.
- Serve on a platter with an extra squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
