  • 24 ladyfingers (savoiardi)
  • 2 tbsp limoncello (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the mascarpone mixture until combined.
  3. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into lemon juice or limoncello for a few seconds.
  4. Layer dipped ladyfingers in a serving dish followed by a layer of the cream mixture. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cream on top.
