- 2 cups cooked rice or pasta
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Chop the mixed vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss the chopped veggies with olive oil, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until well-coated.
- Shred the rotisserie chicken using two forks.
- In a baking dish, combine shredded chicken with the seasoned vegetables.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until everything is heated through and slightly crispy on top.
